Sara (she/her) is originally from Europe. She's lived in many different countries including Monaco, France, Sweden and Switzerland. Before moving to LA, she spent time in NYC where she met Magda, the founder of Hairrari. She worked at Hairrari East Village for 3 years before co-opening Hairrari LA.
Sara studied communications, art and design prior to going to school for hair. She is greatly influenced by the European vibe, and loves doing creative haircuts that will bring you that edge that you are looking for. Her favorite cuts are anything that involves a lot of texture. She is great with shags, mullets, bowl cuts, bobs, fades, business-casual looks, makeovers, and editorial looks. If you are looking for a barber/stylist that has a good aesthetic eye, is attentive to detail with an extensive creative repertoire, as well as good conversational skills, Sara is the person for you!

Viper (they/she) has been in the hair industry for 15 years, and their passion for the craft shows in every cut and style they create. Their work has been featured in top publications like Modern Salon and BehindTheChair, and they’ve earned recognition in multiple hair competitions as both a winner and finalist. They also have on set experience and still take on creative projects from time to time.
Viper specializes in razor cutting, clipper cuts, alternative hairstyles, and truly listening to each client’s vision. When they’re not behind the chair, you can usually find them exploring the city, hitting music festivals solo, or wandering the aisles of Target for fun.

Shea (she/her) was born and raised near Boston, Massachusetts where she studied cosmetology and fell in love with the process of creating art through hair. She spent her time experimenting with more unconventional styles and fine tuning her skills in different salons in Massachusetts, before moving to LA in 2021.
As one of our lead colorists, Shea specializes in unique color combinations and textured cuts, and often draws inspiration from techniques that have been popularized by Japanese hairstylists . Her creativity and imagination, with her clients ideas in mind, lead to one-of-a-kind looks that will definitely turn heads. Beyond the salon, Shea’s talents shine on set where she brings her expertise to music videos and photoshoots.

Emily (she/they) is a hairstylist from the SFV. Truly a Valley girl, they spent the past two years in the sun in Phoenix, AZ. She’s been behind the chair since 2019 but has always had a love for creative hairstyling. Back in LA to stay, Emily loves the city for coffee, food, and the art scene.
Being half Filipino and getting to work with Latinx and AAPI clientele, she is knowledgeable in cutting and coloring thick, resistant hair. When it comes to beauty standards, Emily likes to challenge boundaries and encourage clients to embrace their own definitions of beauty.
Long layered cuts, shags, mullets, pixies, bangs - she’s never afraid to chop what needs to go to create fun and functional looks for their clients. She has a background in traditional foiling and balayage lightening techniques, and creative color.

Sher Smith (She/Her) is a seasoned professional in the beauty industry, with the majority of her illustrious career spent training and working with Aveda. Her extensive training includes tutelage under some of the most renowned North American and global leaders in the field, providing her with a rich and diverse skill set.
Beyond her technical prowess, Sher has been a trailblazer for gender inclusivity throughout her career, both within the salon space and in broader contexts. She has consistently advocated for a more inclusive environment that welcomes and celebrates diversity.
Sher's expertise is particularly formidable when it comes to working with natural curly hair, and she is adept at creating a wide variety of styles. Whether it's bobs, pixies, shags, mullets, or vintage looks, Sher's versatility shines through. Additionally, her ability to provide customized color services ensures that each client receives a look that is uniquely tailored to their individual preferences.
An East Tennessee native, Sher maintains strong ties to her southern roots, which continue to influence her warm and welcoming approach to client care. She is also proficient in American Sign Language (ASL), further exemplifying her commitment to inclusivity.

Euro Punk Chic vibe meets technical haircutting, this is Flora V. Her style is heavily influenced by various subcultures, fashion and music.
Starting her career as an apprentice & cutting specialist at The Kingly Hair Group in San Diego advanced her to a position at the world-renowned Vidal Sassoon Salon in Beverly Hills.
As a specialized haircutter next in order was to step into education. This led to her departure from Sassoon and return to The Kingly Hair Group education team where she teaches technical haircutting for new and experienced stylists all while continuing to service & grow her salon clientele in her home base of Los Angeles.

Alissa (She/ Her) is a born and raised Angeleno who specializes in long layers, shags and long to short makeovers.
She studied at Toni & Guy Academy and has been behind the chair for over a decade. She recently moved back to LA after spending three years in Portland where she worked in a barbershop and focused on tight fades and medium length scissor cuts.
Alissa's passion for hair not only stems from being creative but also being able to help give confidence to her clients.

Finn (She/they) is an is an experienced hair artist who completed a rigorous advanced training program with some of LA’s best stylists after she graduated the Aveda Institute in LA. She has a wide range of skills including precision cutting and lived-in razor cutting. She works with ALL textures and lengths, and has a special love for curly hair.
As the weird art girl that grew up in the midwest, she has a strong appreciation for self-expression and understands how powerful hair is for one’s identity. Weather someone wants to feel cool and experimental, or they just simply want to feel beautiful, Finn can help bring their ideas to life. She prides herself in her ability to consult thoroughly in order to deliver the best possible service for every client.
When she’s not behind the chair, she loves styling photoshoots, painting, up-cycling, and making jewelry.
