Cancellation Policy: Please book online to manage appointments or to reschedule. We don’t do changes through email. We ask that you gives us at least 6 hours notice for cut cancellations or rescheduling and 48 hours for color. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full appointment. At Hairrari, we’re committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and inclusive space for everyone. We ask that clients arrive with clean hair and body, as excessive body odor, visible dirt, or open wounds may affect the comfort and safety of others and could result in a rescheduled appointment. Our barbers also have the right to voice concerns if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable due to hygiene or health-related issues. All tools and stations are sanitized between services, and staff are expected to maintain personal cleanliness as well. We’re always open to accommodating individual needs when possible, but the well-being of our team and clients remains our top priority. If you have specific concerns or requests, we welcome a conversation.
