Please book online to manage appointments. If needing to reschedule, please cancel first and rebook. We don’t do changes through email. 

We ask that you give us at least 6 hours notice for haircut cancellations or rescheduling and 48 hours for color.

We charge 100% fee for cancellations outside our policy. In case of emergencies, please cancel on your own asap to ensure more chance of that appointment filling and email if needed.

Please note that we charge a 3% credit card/booking fee and offer cash discounts at the shops.

We ask that clients arrive with clean hair and body, as excessive body odor, visible dirt, or open wounds may affect the comfort and safety of others and could result in a rescheduled appointment. Our barbers also have the right to voice concerns if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable due to hygiene or health-related issues. All tools and stations are sanitized between services, and staff are expected to maintain personal cleanliness as well. We’re always open to accommodating individual needs when possible, but the well-being of our team and clients remains our top priority.
